Booking and Payments

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their insurance policy covers all activities included in the trip.

Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.
  • Luxury Dream Travel will provide guidance on visa requirements but is not responsible for the failure to obtain necessary documents.

Liability

  • Luxury Dream Travel acts as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour.
  • These services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.
  • Luxury Dream Travel, its employees, agents, and representatives will not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever during the tour.

Complaints

  • If you have a problem during your trip, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g., your hotel) immediately so that they can endeavor to put things right.
